Tron Legacy Identity Disc Proffieboard

This is The Most Accurate looking Identity Disc out there!

Back in 2020
I've decided to try and make a group dedicated to making an Identity Disc for a Lightsaber Shop, we had someone design a disk from measurements taken from the real prop. We got to a prototype, and with a few hiccups, got a working prop. But the team was split on what they wanted to do to make it better, which it so desperately needed. After a while, the team went their different ways, moving onto other projects, leaving me the last one wanting to work on it.

I decided to start over, and since I didn't want to copy the other designers work, all I did was take three simple measurements of his prototype, the inside radius, The outside Radius, and the Thickness. Inspiration is a given at this point for we worked so hard on it. Countless edits, and many versions later, this is the result.

Battery Change

5x 3.7v 14500 High Discharge 10 AMP Vapcell H10 or equivalent.
1x SS12F15-G5 Slide Switch (Kill Switch)
2x 6x6x8mm Tactile Switches (One Main, One Aux)
1x Proffieboard(V2, V3)
2x 15x11mm TDS SuperSonic Mini Speaker (Or Equivalent)
1x 1m 5v 3535 8mm RGB LED Strip (For Blade)
1x 0.5m 5v 5050 RGBCW LED Strip (Inner Ring)
1x 0.5m 5v SMD4020 Side Emitting RGB LED Strip (One Pixel per Notch)
4x 5050 10mm SMD PCB RGBCW LED Chips (for Holo Knub illumination)
8x 3mm LED Diode Heads (Used in the Holo Knubs)
8x 2x5x7mm Flat LED Diode Heads (Used on the chassis in front of the Side Emitting LEDS)
4x Keystone 209 Leaf Spring Battery Contacts (For Negative Side)
4x Keystone 228 Battery Contacts (For Positive Side)
1x Micro JST Connecters (For Disconnecting Top Shell)

Make sure to seal the upper side of the speaker from the bottom side to get the best sound!

Btw, since this Disc has about half the regular amount of LEDs of a light saber, you don't have to be as stressed about wire gauge, basically, just make it fit easily. Recommended Wire gauge is 28-32awg.

!Thingiverse Listing Deleted!

I deleted the Thingiverse listing, I don't feel happy about it, but I didn't like that everyone was flocking to that outdated, broken version when it was just supposed to showcase the design work. I have less than 150 downloads currently here, and that broken, outdated model has OVER 600 downloads.
I'm sorry about that decision and I know a lot of you aren't going to take that lightly, but I worked really hard on this design for over 2 years, and I've continuously provided support and feedback for everybody, and I will continue to do so for a long time. Again, I'm sorry I deleted the Thingiverse listing, but if you want to download my disc, you have to do it here.
Also, dont worry about my other Thingiverse listings, This Legacy disc was never supposed to be on there anyways, everything else on there will stay as is, and maybe I'll update some of those listings so people can print them out for others, I'll have to figure out if there are any ramifications for that though.
